This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Barauni G.R.P.S. P.S. Case No.64 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 8, 20(b), (ii) (B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The recovery is of 19.5 Kgs. of ganja from the petitioners. They are in custody since 21.04.2025. 4.

Considering the huge recovery of ganja, which is alleged to have been recovered from the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
