Petitioners were appointed on the post of Subject Matter Specialist on 13th June 2012 under the Agriculture Department, Government of Bihar against the Advertisement (Annexure-1). It was a contractual appointment for two years, which has already been completed and later on, on the advice of the Advocate General of Bihar, the services of the petitioners were terminated, vide letter dated 16th May 2013.
