JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1b)a/26(II) & 35 of the Arms Act. Only Rs. 400/- is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, when the petitioner allegedly, had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 22-01-2016. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
