Right from the day of the appointment of the petitioner on the Primary Health Centre, Mainatand on 11.12.1990, petitioner has remained on that station for more than 22 years. Transfer of the petitioner to Narkatiaganj on 13 April, 2012 was the need of the hour and surely on administrative ground. But even without completing a minimum period of 3 years at Narkatiaganj, she managed to go back to Mainatand. Now, when the authorities have taken a decision to revert the controversial decision of placing her back at Mainatand,

Patna High Court CWJC No.21709 of 2014 dt.29-01-2015 2/2 petitioner has approached the High Court.

In absence of any violation of any rule, which entitles the petitioner to continue on a place of posting life long, in the opinion of the Court, the petitioner has overstayed her welcome at Mainatand, it is high time, she should render service in Narkatiaganj Primary Health Centre as well.

No interference with the order of transfer, writ application is dismissed.
