Petitioner is not named in the first information report but as per submission on his behalf, his name came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Rohit Kumar and thereafter 40 kg garlic were recovered from his house and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent nor he has been put on TI parade as yet. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
