2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case no.627 of 2023 registered under Sections 307, 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 448, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
5. As per the prosecution case, accused persons including the petitioner herein came to the house of the informant variously armed and started abusing the informant and his family members. On protest, accused Rajesh Raushan gave a farsa blow on the head of the informant due to which he sustained injuries. It is further alleged that others also indulged in assault.
6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be apparent from the F.I.R itself that the allegation on this petitioner is confined to an assault upon wife of informant Mamta Kumari who has sustained simple injury which would be

The name of the petitioner has been implicated in the case only on account of his relationship with Rambha Devi who is the informant of the counter case. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the case/trial.
7. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State on the ground that petitioner has three criminal antecedents. In response, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is on bail in the said cases.
8. In view of the entire facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case no.627 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S, 2023.
