The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Banka (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 are present in person with their counsels.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submit that petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 are living together since two months. The opposite party no. 2 has no grievance in allowing the prayer of anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7153 of 2017 (6) dt.17-07-2017 bail of the petitioner, who is her husband.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Banka, in connection with Banka (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
