Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Minapur P. S. case no. 422/2014 registered under sections 272, 273, 290 of the IPC and section 47 of the Excise Act.

Allegedly, 20 liters country made liquor were recovered from the Bhusha house of the petitioner and according to the prosecution case itself, petitioner was not caught at the spot and the police party raided the house of the petitioner having got information that illegal country made liquor was being sold behind the house of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3088 of 2015 (3) dt.27-01-2015 court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Minapur P. S. case no. 422/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
