The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No.268 of 2022 registered under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. From perusal of Annexure 1 to 5, it would appear that the petitioner never cheated the informant by withholding money after death of her husband. The due amount was transferred to the informant and her family members. The petitioner also preferred a detailed reply to the legal notice. He further submits that a representation was also filed before the S.P., Sitamarhi for proper investigation enclosing a list of transactions made by the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60402 of 2022(2) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.
