Heard counsel for the State.

The petitioner, during the relevant time, was the Mukhiya of Satha Gram Panchayat within Mansoorchak Block in the district of Begusarai. The District Magistrate, vide order dated 06.05.2013, directed for taking action against the Mukhiya and the Panchayat Secretary of the Panchayat in question, both departmental and judicial for the irregularities committed by them. The petitioner was also given opportunity to file a representation which was filed. According to the said order, an FIR was to be lodged and the petitioner was to be proceeded against for his acts of omission and commission.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12593 of 2013 (2) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 On going through the pleadings on record and after hearing the counsel for the State, this Court does not find any patent illegality in the impugned order. Further, the writ application, prima facie, appears to have become infructuous. It is dismissed.
