JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-07-2017 The matter has come up under the heading „to be mentioned‟ at the instance of the petitioner. It is submitted that in the cause title of the order dated 17.07.2017 whereby petitioner has been granted bail, the name of the father of the petitioner has been mentioned as "Sri Gopal Singh" instead of "Sri Nav Gopal Singh".

In view of the above, let the name of the father of the petitioner mentioned in the cause title be read as "Sri Nav Gopal Singh" in place of "Sri Gopal Singh".

The time granted for surrender is also extended by another four weeks from today.

The order dated 17.07.2017 stands modified to the above extent.
