1. By order dated 11.10.2023 this Court granted provisional bail to the petitioners subject to return of Rs. 1,00,000 /- + Rs. 2,50,000 /- and other cash advance, if any in equal installments.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a total sum of Rs. 3,50,000/- has already been returned to the opposite party no. 2 and no other cash advance is payable by the petitioners to the opposite party no. 2

3. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 disputes the fact that petitioners were only required to pay Rs. 3,50,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57926 of 2023(11) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 but a total sum of Rs. 4,00,000/- for which a cheque was given to the opposite party no. 2.

From the rival submission of the parties and the order dated 11.10.2023, it transpires that the court has recorded that a total amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- was to be paid by the petitioners to the opposite party no. 2 alongwith cash advance, if any which the petitioners have already paid as accepted by the opposite party no. 2 and there is no cash advance accordingly provisional bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 11.10.2023 is hereby confirmed.

5. The application stands disposed of.
