JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is fifth attempt of the petitioner to seek anticipatory bail in a case registered under Sections 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complaint case was lodged in the year 2005. For the first time his application for anticipatory bail was rejected by this court by an order dated 5.8.2008. He, however, has not surrendered before the Court below and the matter has thus, remained pending before the Court below for all these long ten years.

This application is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50415 of 2014 (2) dt.14-05-2015 below within two weeks from today, and if he does not do so, the Court below is directed to take all coercive steps to take the above named petitioner into custody.
