JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the father of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of the marriage for non-fulfilment of the dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim committed suicide since she was not taken to Gujrat by her husband where he was employed and the petitioner is separate from the house of the victim. The postmortem report does not reflect any injury and the viscera has been preserved. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or
