1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the anticipatory bail application, the petitioner has been given the benefit of Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C., as such, for the present, petitioner does not have any apprehension of arrest, thus, seeks permission to withdraw this application for grant of anticipatory bail with liberty to file afresh, if need arises.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this application for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2024 pending in the Court of learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar/Successor Court.
