The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 115 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-B)(a) & 26 of the Arms Act.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court on 22nd January, 2014 in Cr. Misc. No.2950 of 2014 with following observations:- "The Court below is directed to conclude the trial within nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail."

No.3349 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2015 2 / 2 It has been contended that after the aforesaid order was passed, certain witnesses were examined but the last witness was examined on behalf of the prosecution on 29th September, 2014 and thereafter, there is no progress in trial. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Niraj Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Sitamarhi in Tr. No. 3343 of 2014 arising out of Riga P.S. Case No. 115 of 2013. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
