The petitioners being father, mother and sister of the husband of informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 324, 327, 498A, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner No.1 put clothes in the mouth of informant, petitioner No.2 caught her hands, petitioner No.3 caught her legs and her husband poured kerosene oil on her body and lit fire.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15676 of 2016 (2) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 that the petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of informant and thrust of accusation is against the husband of informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the petitioners and husband of informant caused 40% burn injuries to the informant and the injuries are found to be grievous. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Choutarwa P.S. case No. 210 of 2015 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
