The petitioner seeks bail in Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 458 of 2019, Special Case No. 6127 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Liquor Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 15 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from house of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is lady. She is in custody since 12.7.2019 having clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.

No.53475 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 458 of 2019, Special Case No. 6127 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
