1. Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the Chairman, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Bihar i.e. the respondent no.4, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.07.2024, as also take appropriate action and prevent the promoter namely, M/s Sai Ram Developers Pvt. Ltd. from executing any sort of sale deed, apart from directing the respondent no.4 to expeditiously dispose off Complain Case No.330 of 2024, filed before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Bihar, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for

Patna High Court CWJC No.14145 of 2024(2) dt.26-11-2024 2/2 the respondents submits that the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Bihar has already imitated suo moto proceedings against M/s Sai Ram Developers Pvt. Ltd., vide Case No.RERA/SM/638/2024 and in fact vide order dated 13.08.2024, interim direction has also been issued requesting the Inspector General (Registration), Bihar, Patna to direct all the concerned Sub Registry Office not to execute any deed of absolute sale and/or agreement pertaining to the project, namely "Meena Bindeshwar Casa" situated at Mauza-Dujara, Plot No.26, Khata No.93, District-Patna, till further orders of the Court, hence it is submitted that the grievances of the petitioner has already stood redressed.

2. This Court finds that the aforesaid stand put forth by the respondents has not been controverted by the petitioner, inasmuch as no rejoinder affidavit has been filed, hence considering the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition, as having been rendered infructuous.
