JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45379 of 2014 to the extent of extending the period of appearance before the Mediation Centre, State Legal Services Authority, Patna.

This Court, vide order dated 23.12.2014 directed both sides to appear before the Mediation Centre on 5th of January, 2015 and thereafter the matter was directed to be placed before this Court on 16th of February, 2015. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner could not get the order, hence he could not appear before the Mediation Centre. On the ground mentioned in the modification application, the date for appearance of both sides is further extended to 27th of January, 2015 and the date of next hearing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2090 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 is extended to 19th of March, 2015.

It is expected from learned Court below to serve a copy of this order to the counsel appearing for the other side.

Put up this matter before this Court on 19th of March, 2015.

The order dated 23.12.2014 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with C.R. No. 185 of 2014, Trial No. 614 of 2014.
