Although the petitioner prays for addition of her name in the voter-list of Gram Panchayat Raj, Lauva in the district of Saran by virtue of her marriage on 16.6.2014 and also admits that her name did not figure in the Assembly voter list of the constituency published in 2015 but submits that it has been subsequently added. While making such submission it is nowhere stated in the writ petition whether the petitioner in these circumstances has filed any application under form 'M-' prescribed by the State Election Commission for the purpose of addition of names of such persons who have joined the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6060 of 2016 (2) dt.06-04-2016 Panchayat subsequently.

Although learned counsel for the petitioner has tried to invite the attention of this Court on the statement made in paragraph 8 of the writ petition but the same is a bald submission inasmuch as no details regarding the submission is mentioned.

In the circumstances, where the petitioner has chosen to exercise the option available to her so belatedly when the election process has begun no direction can be issued at this belated stage.
