2. In compliance with the order of this Court, a show cause affidavit has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 4 and 5. It is specifically contended that in the light of the order of this Court, the claim of the petitioner was duly considered, however, upon consideration, the Chief Executive Officer has constrained to reject the petitioner's claim by passing reasoned and speaking order dated 07.10.2024, copy of

Patna High Court MJC No.2773 of 2024 dt.18-07-2025 2/2 which is placed on record as Annexure-S-4/1.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court does not find any reason to continue with the proceeding. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order, if she so desired.
