No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the prayer of the petitioner and the O.P. no.2 the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for settlement of dispute between the petitioner and the O.P.No.2. The dispute was settled between the petitioner and the O.P.No.2 on their submission that both are residing together and the petitioner will keep O.P.no.2 with him as wife with full dignity and honour and both put their signature on the mutual agreement dated 17.4.2017 and they expressed their willingness that the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8473 of 2017 (5) dt.18-07-2017 2/2 pending between them will automatically be deemed to be finished.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.161/16 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
