ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-04-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 27.07.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, FTC 1st, Khagaria, in Cr. Appeal No.09 of 1999 by which he has affirmed the judgment of conviction dated 24.03.2009 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Khagaria, in G.R.No.13 of 1997/Tr. No.114 of 1999.

Having gone through the judgment impugned, I do not find any merit in the application.

However, in view of the period of custody undergone by the Petitioner, his sentence is reduced to one already undergone by him.

In the result, the revision application is dismissed but

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.931 of 2006 dt.05-04-2016 2/2 with modification in sentence.
