The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 324 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that the informant was shot at by FIR named accused persons including the petitioners. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific though the informant has received three injuries including a grievous one.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2376 of 2015 (02) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the prayers for regular bail of the co-accused persons have been rejected by this Court.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 277 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhagalpur without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
