The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419/420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981.
According to F.I.R. the petitioner was appearing in the examination for some other candidate and he was apprehended, however, not taken into custody.
In the circumstances, the petitioner has no reasonable apprehension of arrest in this case, hence, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not maintainable. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
