The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rosera P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant saw two persons going with stolen iron ring and pieces of iron and on alarm Deepak Paswan was apprehended. Deepak Paswan disclosed that 15 days ago he had committed theft in the shop of Santosh Kumar Khemka and sold the same in the Kabari shop of the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.825 of 2017 (2) dt.12-01-2017 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Rosera, Samastipur in Rosera P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
