Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of assault against the petitioners and the nature of injuries found grievous, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners in connection with Kumarkhand P.S.Case No. 191/2013 pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Madhepura, stands rejected.
