This is what the petitioner has stated in paragraph 2 of the writ application:- "That this Hon'ble Court may adjudicate and hold that the Government Primary School, Laxmipur Kakorba, which is existing over the land of the petitioner bearing Khata No. 84, Plot No. 1411 which was denoted by the father of the petitioner long back, situated in the middle of the village, was the most

Where the school shall be constructed having additional classroom facility is an issue raised in this writ application. Indisputably, such decision is an administrative decision. The respondent in paragraphs 4 and 5 have set out reasons for not doing so.

I find no merit in this application which accordingly dismissed.
