Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Daughter of the informant died after 09 years of her marriage in her matrimonial house. Allegation is of commission of torture due to extra marital relation between the husband of the deceased and a female house inmate which resulted in commission of murder.

Submission is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Allegation is false and concocted one. Petitioner is elder brother of the husband of the victim. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

No.53268 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Suppi Police Station Case No.76 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
