Petitioner seeks bail in Andharathadi P.S. Case No.02 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364, 365/34 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani. The victim in his statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has taken name of this petitioner.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected. Liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer after six months, if no substantial progress is made in trial. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
