This is an application seeking some modification in the order dated 30/06/2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16702 of 2014, in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 20 of 2013 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, apart from others, on the ground of criminal antecedents of the petitioners. It is submitted that inadvertently in paragraph no. 3 of the original application it has been mentioned that petitioner no. 1 carries one case against, i.e., Pandaul P.S. Case No. 18 of 2012 and petitioner no. 2 carries no criminal antecedent, whereas, in fact they carry some more cases against about which they have no knowledge.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, there appears no reason to make any modification in the order dated 30/06/2014. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.

Both the petitioners, abovenamed, are directed to surrender before the court below within fortnight and seek regular bail which shall be considered on its own merit.
