No. 52481 of 2016. Prayer is for modification of the aforesaid order to the extent of extension of time to furnish bail bond. Further time for four weeks is allowed, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.
