JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victm is languishing in custody since 15/11/2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Considering the nature of accusation and period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri D.Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran, in Complaint Case No. 1016 of 2009 arising out of Tr. No. 6095/14.
