In this case, the petitioners are seeking relief that they should be given the same and similar relief as has been given to the persons who are appointed as Shiksha Mitra. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is entirely covered by the judgment and

Patna High Court CWJC No.18964 of 2013 (2) dt.05-04-2016 2/2 order dated 21.03.2012 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.14493 of 2008 and other analogous cases and has claimed that this writ application should be disposed of in the same and similar manner.

This Court is not examining the merit of the present case. The authority concerned is directed to examine the case of the petitioners and if it is found that the petitioners' case are identical to the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No.14493 of 2008 and other analogous cases, the petitioners of the present case will be treated in the same manner and identical benefit which has been given to the petitioners of aforesaid cases will be given to the present petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
