Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 302 and other sections of the I.P.C.
The informant alleged that his daughter was married with Jagdeo Ram and his family members assaulted his daughter with bricks and fists and killed her.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner.
Considering the facts that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and there is no specific allegation against him, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S.Case No. 62 of 2006.
