The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 244 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added. As per the prosecution case that there is recovery of stolen Bolero vehicle.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Raj Kumar Jha. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and during investigation Bolero vehicle has been recovered

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67797 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 from Kavaiya P.S. District Lakhisarai and petitioner has no concern with the looted article.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rupaspur P.S.
