2. The present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the concerned authority within a period of four weeks from today. On such appeal being filed, the same shall be considered on its own

Patna High Court CWJC No.12941 of 2024(7) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 merits and necessary orders passed.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the appeal by the petitioner. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
