JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.R.Case No. 1404/2013 instituted under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 of D.P.Act. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The prosecution story, in brief, is that as per complaint petition, it is alleged that the complainant was married with the petitioner and after marriage, the petitioner used to torture and assault her due to non fulfillment of demand of cash Rs. 2,00.000/- as dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in the present case rather the complainant has deserted the petitioner in spite of fact that she is

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is the husband of the complainant and he is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with C.R.Case No. 1404/13, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 1500/- (fifteen hundred) every month in the court below, the same shall be released in favour of the complainant. (Sudhir Singh, J) singh/- U
