JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 In view of the liberty granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for grant of bail after one year of the custody, learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant objected for grant of bail to the petitioner on the ground that he is the assailant and in the trial witnesses have deposed against this petitioner.

Considering the liberty granted by this Court on 27.05.2019, the prayer for bail is allowed.
