JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365/504/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that having same allegation co-accused Ashok Singh @ Ashok Kumar Singh and others have been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench in Cr. Misc. No.793 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4041 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran/Successor Court in connection with Trial No. 1441 of 2016, arising out of Complaint Case No.647 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
