The petitioner, being the husband of the daughter of the informant, is in custody since 28.6.2015 in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant.

It is very fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial is on the verge of conclusion.
