The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that three unknown miscreants on the point of pistol looted the motorcycle, Rs.4000/- cash, adhar card, pan card and mobile from the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come on his self confession made in respect of another case. Pan card is alleged to have been recovered. The petitioner has not been put on T.I.P.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. First Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. case No.15 of 2019.
