2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 178 of 2023 instituted under under Sections 341, 353, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 8.6.2023 by the informant, Rakesh Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, when the team Supervisor upon direction of the Company had gone to install smart meter he was assaulted. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that omnibus allegation has been made against the accused persons and only because they objected, have been implicated.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer stating that when he had gone to do his duty, he was assaulted and has taken this Court to paragraph-3 to show that he has criminal antecedent of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59766 of 2023(2) dt.07-10-2023 2/2 the same nature.

6. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, certainly it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail which is accordingly rejected.
