Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Nagar (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 517 of 2016 registered under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,307,302,504,506 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The fact is that there is land dispute between her brothers' and the informant and she has no concern with the said dispute. Only general and omnibus allegation has been leveled against her. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released
