2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with other FIR named accused persons badly assaulted the brother of the informant with lathi and danda.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are ladies of clean antecedent. As a matter of fact, the brother of petitioner no. 2 has solemnized

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63003 of 2025(3) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 love marriage with sister of the informant and it was the reason for dispute between the parties. He has submitted further that there is no allegation of inflicting assaults against these petitioners. It has further been submitted that there is case and counter case. The present case is counter blast of the case filed by petitioner no. 1 against the prosecution side.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the accused persons badly assaulted the brother of the informant.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the fact that petitioners are ladies of clean antecedent, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Barh, District- Patna in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
