The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 18.11.2014 passed in S.Tr. No. 362/2014, arising out of Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 06/2014 by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bagaha, West Champaran, whereby the discharge petition of the petitioner has been dismissed. A report was called for from the trial court, which has been received. The trial court has mentioned in the report that S. Tr. No. 362/2014, arising out of Choutarwa P.S.
