Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the informant had gone to market, however, he did not return. Hence, F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. Later on the dead body was recovered and suspicion is that the petitioners and others have committed the murder. Considering the fact that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence and the petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent as well as investigation of the case is already complete, let the petitioners, above named, be

No.53250 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Sikarhatta Police Station Case No.50 of 2019, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
