JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 20-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. The issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court reported in 2013

(4) PLJR 803. The vocational degree is valid qualification for

Patna High Court CWJC No.16517 of 2007 dt.20-11-2018 2/2 appointment as Teacher and in that view of the matter the claim of the petitioner is fit to be considered for appointment. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed. The Respondents are hereby directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment treating vocational degree of the petitioner as valid degree. Necessary decision on the entitlement of the petitioner for appointment may be taken by the respondents against the available vacancy within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands allowed and disposed of.
