Counsel for the State and the Bank are present. Perused the records.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 18.1.2013 issued by the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Aurangabad Branch in the district of Aurangabad, whereby the petitioner has been directed to make payment of the instalments fixed on the loan advanced to the petitioner of Rs.2,00,000/- and the repayment of which was defaulted by the petitioner. The petitioner has been given an opportunity to repay the loan failing which it is mentioned that the Bank is at liberty to take legal

Patna High Court CWJC No.4018 of 2013 (5) dt.21-04-2016 steps.

There is nothing in the impugned order which warrants any interference. The petitioner having obtained a loan is equally under duty to repay the same. No cause of indulgence is made out.
